“Dole Whip” Dip

Dole Whip Dip

A trip to Disneyland is something I got to do once I became a mom. Yep, never “Experienced the Magic” as a child partly because I lived in the midwest and both California and Florida were more than a day trip away. Now that I live in Atlanta and it’s a six hour drive and my children are the “perfect ages” we have visited. Apparently the perfect ages are 4-6 years and we fit into that window perfectly.

During our first visit to Magic Kingdom we would see park goers walking around with a cloud of swirling ice cream or something like that. Come to find out it was the now famous “Dole Whip”. Being that we are dairy free we didn’t try it at the parks but it has been on our minds since. In my quest to find the perfect non-dairy fruit dip I decided to try making a dairy free “dole whip” and use as a fruit dip. With just 3 ingredients it was perfect. Also, to taste more like “whip” than dip just freeze for 45 minutes – 1 hour before serving.
